Customers can pay via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Cash Cards & Cash on Delivery. International Customers can also pay via Paypal.
We will dispatch orders from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Please expect 2-4 business days for the order to reach you. Delivery times do not include Sundays and Public Holidays.

We are happy to help you, but due to hygiene reasons, all underwear sales are final. If you need help to find the right size contact us and we will be happy to recommend based on the fit guide; if an incorrectly sized item was ordered please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In certain cases, if an order has not already been picked and processed through our warehouse we can look at making changes or adjustments before it ships.
For all domestic orders above Rs. 500, we ship for free.
International orders will be charged Rs. 2,000 ($30) shipping charge will be added to the order value. Please note that this does not cover any customs charges, which the customer shall bear.

It depends on where you are. All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days. Domestic deliveries can be expected in 2-4 buiness days. International deliveris will take a little longer, with an expected turn around time of 7-14 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We ship using Fedex, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Gati and India Post. We automatically assign the courier based on the location of delivety to ensure a smooth experience for the customer.

For orders that have not been shipped, the refund process will be intiated immediately. For orders that have been processed, the refund would be initiated immediatly after the product has been recieved back at our facilty. In the case of prepaird orders, refund would be credite to account used to make payment. COD order refunds will be processed in a manner that is conveniet to both parties.
